The resort offers 166 guest
suites in four four-story sand-colored, wood-shingle buildings
with elevators. Suites feature large patios or balconies with
two-chair dining sets. Décor includes white-washed pine trim,
crown molding, pale tile floors, rattan furniture with pastel
cushions, and white sheer curtains. Rooms are cooled by air
conditioning and/or ceiling fans.

The All Inclusive Plan includes an
air-conditioned clubhouse and open-air playground, where
supervised activities are available for children age 3-11. A
large, air-conditioned fitness center contains cardio and
weight machines as well as free weights. An Internet center
offers six computers with high-speed connections. Live music
is available nightly in a poolside gazebo.
Three excellent restaurants make dining at Turtle Beach Resort
an experience in itself.
Chelonia Restaurant - Open-air, all-day restaurant with
marble floor, plants, whitewashed latticework pine ceilings.
Seating also at umbrella tables on outside deck. Buffet
breakfast. Lunch service in winter season from à la carte
menu. Fixed-menu service for dinner, with starter choices such
as garlic-roasted tomatoes, barbecue chicken and main courses
such as peppered mahi mahi, poached mussels and shrimp,
coffee-crusted roast beef, vegetable curry. Asian buffet
Monday nights. Bajan (Barbadian) buffet Wednesday nights.
Dinner dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men.
Waterfront Bar & Restaurant -
Casual, open-air, wood-floor spot with whitewashed latticework
pine ceilings, rattan seating. Buffet lunches in winter
season, à la carte service in off-season. Afternoon tea. À la
carte dinner menu featuring seafood and Bajan (Barbadian)
specialties such as curried lamb, callaloo soup, pudding n'
souse, flying fish, conch fritters.
Asiagos - Striped-canopy
ceiling, walls of louvered wood shutters. Linen-service. À la
carte Italian menu. Starters include shrimp, calamari, and
risotto. Salads such as pear/arugula/gorgonzola, buffalo
mozzarella and tomato. Main courses including pasta, chicken,
fish, steak, rack of lamb. Reservations required. Dress code:
long pants, collared shirts for men.

Watersports: With its refreshingly cool
breezes this stretch of the south coast shoreline is perfect
for the watersports available at Turtle Beach Resort, such as
catamaran sailing and windsurfing, all of which are
complimentary. Meanwhile, floodlit tennis courts and a superb
modern gymnasium provide excellent opportunities for keeping
fit.Tropical Gardens: Those who prefer more
leisurely pursuits can wander through six acres of lush,
tropical gardens surrounding three freshwater pools, including
one for children, and a Jacuzzi in which to relax. Most
evenings, the resort provides live entertainment including

Kids Club: Turtle Beach offers the perfect location for
family holidays and vacations in the Caribbean. The impressive
Tommy Turtle Kids Club, open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and
run by fully-trained, professional staff, caters for children
aged between three and 11 and offers a range of fun-filled
activities such as beach games, painting, crafts, treasure
hunts and special programs for Christmas, Easter and Summer. |
